John Daly Brings his "grip it and rip it" style to golf design with his first ever signature course in Myrtle Beach. When golf-pro John Daly and architect Clyde Johnson teamed together to design Wicked Stick, they wanted to develop a course that would offer an exciting challenge for golfers of all skill levels. This tract is John Daly's first signature course, and staying true to Daly's image of long and wide, Wicked Stick offers wide lengthy fairways and fairly sizable landing areas. The first twelve holes are wide-open links-style, while the last six a more traditional-style. Wicked Stick features dune fields, wide fairways, large waster areas with gorse-like vegetation, pot bunkers, water in-play on six holes and Daly Tees, for those who are more macho than others. Wicked Stick's traditional heathland style layout offers an exciting golf experience created with John Daly's vision.
